We’ll work together to identify the conversation your people need to have, then Ranika will design and facilitate an experience that creates space for honest dialogue, meaningful connection, and perspectives that might not otherwise be heard. Whether you’re navigating change, strengthening community, exploring a challenging topic, or simply wanting your people to connect beyond the surface, we’ll create a conversation specifically for your room. What to Expect: In these dynamic and interactive sessions, Ranika will delve into the complexities of these situations, providing practical strategies, compassionate guidance, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges involved. This program is designed to have Ranika spend 2-4 weeks with your church leadership team. Sessions will be held weekly either onsite or virtually. Price is based on participation and location.
